Becca & Justin | White Chimneys Wedding

Becca & Justin’s October wedding at White Chimneys was nothing short of fun and family-filled.  It started off with gorgeous fall weather – not too hot, not too cold – and filled with sunlight, which was hard to come by this fall!  We hit it off with them from the moment we photographed their Hunting Hill Mansion engagement session and loved spending this gorgeous Saturday celebrating their wedding with them!

White Chimneys is one of our favorite venues to photograph, and couldn’t have been a better choice for Becca & Justin.  They are warm and caring, and surrounded themselves with their closest family and friends to celebrate this exciting season in their lives.  We arrived to their prep locations and they were both in the final stages of getting ready…the buzz of anticipation for the day in the air.  Becca got into her dress in the White Chimneys bridal cottage and did the sweetest first look with her dad, prayed with her bridesmaids, and then we escorted Justin over so that they could pray together from opposite sides of a gate.  Then, it was time!  Their ceremony was a gorgeous celebration of their union, complete with worship and the two of them taking communion together.  We spent some time exploring the White Chimneys grounds for their portraits (complete with the cutest Highland Cow!) and then partied the night away in the barn and tent.

We loved everything about this day, and thought this was the perfect wedding to wrap up our 2018 season with!  Also, special thanks to Kristen Emerick of Kristen Emerick Photography for being a wonderful second shooter for this one…when you’re shooting a wedding at 37 weeks pregnant, it’s incredibly helpful to have an extra set of hands on board!  We couldn’t have asked for a better friend to bring along!
