Finnegan | Red Sox Themed Newborn Session

A few weeks ago, I got to hang out with Finnegan and his awesome parents for an in-home lifestyle newborn session. I immediately knew that I loved Finn and his parents when I stepped into his Red Sox-themed nursery. After AJ and I both went to school in Boston (and he literally lived steps away from Fenway), we have a soft spot in our hearts for all things New England, and for me at least, that includes the beloved Red Sox! Finn’s parents are big Sox fans as well, so they chose a baseball theme for his nursery and newborn photos.

We love taking a more laid-back, documentary style to our newborn photography, rather than some of the more posed images you might find on Pinterest (which we LOVE, by the way!). Doing in-home lifestyle sessions really allows us to capture families as they are, in an environment that’s familiar and comfortable to them. It’s a great way to document the first few weeks of a baby’s life!

We hope that these photos will be a great addition to Finnegan’s nursery and will preserve these memories for the whole family for years to come! Go Sox!
