Bryce & Megan | Longwood Gardens Christmas Engagement
To say that Bryce and Megan are one of the sweetest couples we’ve worked with is an understatement! They were living in China teaching English when they first inquired with us and I think it was the first time that we got to do a consultation with our clients on the other side of the world! We loved getting to meet them in person for their Longwood Gardens Christmas engagement session!
Longwood is beautiful this time of year and it was so fun incorporating the lights and decor into their shoot. These two were complete troopers and we braved the cold together as we explored the beautiful grounds!
I love Megan and Bryce’s engagement story and no one tells it better than Megan herself, so I asked her to share it with us for their engagement session blog post:
Bryce and I graduated from Boston University during the morning and early afternoon of May 9, 2015. We were having all of our friends and family over to our apartment afterwards to celebrate. It came time to make a toast and I started to cry because I was going to miss all of our friends and the great times we had during university. Bryce asked me to go back into our bedroom and I started to cry even harder. He told me he had a gift for me but that I couldn’t have it unless I stopped crying, so I tried to pull it together. He told me to close my eyes, and the next thing I knew I was opening my eyes to see him on one knee with a ring in his hand. He asked if I would marry him and the first thing I said was ‘Finally!’ quickly followed by an ‘Of course!’ We then went back out to the party filled with our loved ones, told them the news and the party erupted in excitement and congratulations.
