I’m so excited to share Jason & Veronica’s wedding preview today! When Veronica contacted us back in the spring about her upcoming wedding, I knew from our first meeting over coffee at Starbucks that she and Jason would be a fun couple. Veronica is detail-oriented and it was apparent from that first chat that she would have a picture-perfect day, complete with every detail in it’s place. And their wedding met every expectation.
I also had the pleasure of doing Jason & Veronica’s engagement shoot this summer and I think I laughed more at that shoot than ever before. These two are such a fun-loving couple, and they came with tons of ideas for their photos. When their wedding day drew closer, I was so excited because I knew that if it was anything like their engagement shoot, we’d be in for a fun time.
As Jason & Veronica’s wedding day got closer, we started getting nervous. Hurricane Joaquin was set to make his way up the East Coast, and the whole weekend was forecasted for heavy rain. These two must have the best luck ever, though, because the worst that happened on their day was a little misty rain! Jason & Veronica got married at their church in Oley, PA, with the bride and her maids walking down the aisle in their cowboy boots. After a fun lunch reception at the church, they invited all of their friends back to Veronica’s parent’s house for a barn dance party. This was one of those weddings where we felt like family, and we loved getting to spend the day with this couple!
